Mar Azul 27A is a 3 bedroom cottage situated on the highest point of Mar Azul Estate in Ponta Malongane. This cottage has breathtaking sea views.Mar Azul 27A consists of 4 units, all fully air-conditioned. 3 of the units are en suite bedrooms, each with its own private outside shower, with hot running water. Each unit has 1 queen-size bed, all linen is supplied. There is 1 mini bar fridge in each bedroom. Each en suite bedroom has its own wrap-around wooden verandah with sea views to die for. Important Information
1. The generally accepted payment terms are as follows: 50% deposit payable directly to GoBundu.com to
secure a booking, of which 30% of the invoice total is non-refundable.
2. All bookings that arrive within 30 days of booking date must pay 100% of the accommodation total.
3. Proof of payment MUST be emailed to accounts@gobundu.com Failure to do so will result in the booking
being canceled without prior notice within 48 hours.
4. This ProForma invoice is valid for 24hrs and the rate can change without prior notice.
5. The remainder 50% must be paid 30 days before arrival. Should the proof of payment
for the remaining 50% not be received via email to accounts@gobundu.com 30 days before
the arrival date the booking will be canceled. December and early January bookings must be paid in full
by end of November.
6. Cancellations made 60 days before arrival date are not liable to pay the remaining 50%.
7. Cancellations made within 1 month before arrival date a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
8. Note: some establishments will require a refundable “breakage” deposit.
9. All Bank Charges (Cash Deposits, Credit cards, and foreign payments) will be for the guests own account.
If GoBundu needs to do a foreign payment additional Bank Charges will reflect on your invoice above.
10. No bank charges are refundable.
11. If a credit card refund is required there is an R150 service fee charged.
12. GoBundu.com does not accept responsibility for the accommodation or trips featured on the site.
If during the course of the holiday you have any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction you should contact
the establishment manager or activity supplier in order that remedial action may be taken.
13. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk
14. Should any person/s test positive for COVID-19 prior to arrival and not be able to travel,
no refund or postponement will be permitted
