About Kranskloof Hiking Trail

The Kranskloof Hiking Trail starts at the overnight camp and passes a dam before ascending up the Magaliesberg Mountain. Hikers pass amazing rock formations before descending into a gorge with stunning tree ferns and pretty boulder-strewn streams. Take non-slip footwear and dry clothing, as a bit of boulder hopping is required with an optional swim.
